Trauma can leave you stuck in patterns you didn’t choose. Francesca works with children, teens, and adults from a trauma-informed lens to help process how past experiences can impact a person’s sense of safety, emotions and daily functioning.

Modalities used

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Eye movement and bilateral stimulation to process trauma and distressing experiences. Most clients report symptom relief in 1–5 sessions.

Sand Tray Therapy

Non-verbal, expressive modality using miniature figures in sand to externalize complex experiences.
