Fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and pregnancy loss ask more of a person than most life stages ever will. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), Francesca offers specialized support across the full perinatal arc — covering birth trauma, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and pregnancy loss. Partners are welcome when it supports the work.

Modalities used

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Eye movement and bilateral stimulation to process trauma and distressing experiences. Most clients report symptom relief in 1–5 sessions.

Sand Tray Therapy

Non-verbal, expressive modality using miniature figures in sand to externalize complex experiences.
